The short version

Use beezee for legal, honest work. Don’t abuse the service. Your data is yours. We provide the tool “as is” during early access. Either of us can end the relationship at any time.

1. Who we are

beezee (“we”, “us”) provides an AI-native CRM and inventory tool for small businesses. By joining the waitlist or usingbeezee, you (“you”) agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. If you’re using beezee for a business, you confirm you’re authorized to do so on its behalf.

3. Your account

You’re responsible for keeping your account credentials safe and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable use

• Don’t use beezee for anything illegal or harmful.
• Don’t store data you don’t have the right to store.
• Don’t try to break, probe, scrape, or overload the service.
• Don’t resell or repackage beezee as your own product.
• Don’t use beezee to send spam or unsolicited messages.

5. Your content

Anything you put into beezee (clients, products, notes, prompts) stays yours. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display it solely so we can run the service for you. You can export or delete it at any time.

6. AI features

beezee uses AI to interpret your prompts and shape your system. AI output can be wrong or incomplete — you’re responsible for reviewing important actions before relying on them. We don’t train public AI models on your private business data.

7. Early access

beezee is currently in early access. Features may change, break, or disappear without notice. We’ll do our best to give you reasonable warning before any change that meaningfully affects your data.

8. Pricing

Early access is free. After launch we’ll publish clear pricing in advance. We’ll never charge you without your explicit consent.

9. Termination

You can stop using beezee at any time. We may suspend or end accounts that violate these terms or put the service at risk. If we end your access for cause, we’ll let you export your data first when reasonably possible.

10. Disclaimer

beezee is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don’t guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any specific purpose.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, beezee is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (which, during free early access, is zero).

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms over time. If we make material changes, we’ll update the date above and notify active users by email. Continued use of beezee after changes means you accept the updated terms.
