Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Beezee websites, applications, and related services (the "Services").
If you do not agree, do not use the Services. Additional terms may apply to specific features and will be presented where relevant.
Description of the Services
Beezee provides a chat-first workspace that helps you describe, structure, and manage information and workflows. Features may change during early access or beta periods.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may occur.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction and meet any minimum age requirements. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity under your account.
Notify admin@beezee.chat promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the Services only in compliance with applicable law and our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We may investigate and suspend or terminate access for violations that create risk to Beezee, other users, or third parties.
Your content and instructions
You retain rights to content you submit. You grant Beezee a worldwide license to host, process, transmit, display, and modify your content solely to provide and improve the Services and as required by law.
You represent that you have the rights needed to submit your content and that your use does not violate third-party rights.
AI-assisted features
Certain features use artificial intelligence and automation. Outputs may be incomplete or incorrect. You remain responsible for decisions made using Beezee and for verifying important information.
Do not use the Services as the sole basis for high-risk decisions (for example medical, legal, or safety-critical determinations) without human review.
Third-party services
The Services may integrate with third-party identity providers, messaging platforms, analytics tools, or other services. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
Beezee is not responsible for third-party services you choose to enable.
Fees, trials, and taxes
Some Services may be offered free during early access or as a trial. Paid plans, if offered, will be described at checkout or in an order form. You agree to pay applicable fees and taxes.
Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data. By using the Services, you acknowledge that policy.
If you provide personal data about other people (for example clients), you are responsible for lawful collection and for any notices or consents required.
Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers; in those cases, disclaimers apply only to the extent permitted.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BEEZEE AND ITS SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BEEZEE'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID BEEZEE FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (US $100) IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID FEES.
Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify Beezee and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents against any third-party claims, damages, liabilities, and costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your content, your use of the Services in violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law.
Beezee will promptly notify you of any claim and cooperate reasonably, at your expense.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, create security or legal risk, or if we are required to do so by law.
Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations, indemnity, and governing law) will survive.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel, excluding conflict-of-law principles, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country provide otherwise.
Courts in Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel, will have exclusive jurisdiction for disputes arising out of these Terms, subject to any rights you may have to bring claims in your home jurisdiction under mandatory law.
Changes and contact
We may modify these Terms. If a change is material, we will provide reasonable notice where required by law. Continued use after the effective date may constitute acceptance.
