Terms and Conditions

The short version

Use beezee for legal, honest work. Do not abuse the service. Your data remains yours. During early access the tool is provided "as is", and either side can end the relationship at any time.

1. Who we are

beezee provides an AI-native CRM and inventory tool for small businesses. By joining the waitlist or using the product, you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. If you use beezee for a business, you confirm that you are authorized to do so on its behalf.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not use beezee for anything illegal or harmful.
• Do not store data you do not have the right to store.
• Do not try to break, probe, scrape, or overload the service.
• Do not resell or repackage beezee as your own product.
• Do not use beezee to send spam or unsolicited messages.

5. Your content

Anything you put into beezee remains yours. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display it solely to run the service for you. You can export or delete it at any time.

6. AI features

beezee uses AI to interpret your prompts and shape your system. AI output can be wrong or incomplete, and you are responsible for reviewing important actions before relying on them. We do not train public AI models on your private business data.

7. Early access

beezee is currently in early access. Features may change, break, or disappear without notice. We will do our best to give reasonable warning before a change that materially affects your data.

8. Pricing

Early access is free. After launch we will publish clear pricing in advance. We will never charge you without your explicit consent.

9. Termination

You can stop using beezee at any time. We may suspend or end accounts that violate these terms or put the service at risk. When reasonably possible, we will let you export your data before we end access for cause.

10. Disclaimer

beezee is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any specific purpose.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, beezee is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, which during free early access is zero.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms over time. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and notify active users by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
