Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: May 14, 2026.
Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) sets rules for using Beezee websites, APIs, and product features (the "Services"). It applies together with our Terms of Service.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that create legal, security, or operational risk for Beezee or others.
Prohibited activities
You may not use the Services to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation.
- Infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any person.
- Transmit malware, exploit vulnerabilities, probe or scan systems without authorization, or attempt to bypass security controls.
- Send spam, phishing, or deceptive messages; harvest credentials; or impersonate Beezee or others.
- Generate, store, or distribute child sexual abuse material or content that unlawfully sexualizes minors.
- Promote violence, terrorism, or hate against protected groups.
- Operate high-risk systems (for example medical diagnosis or credit decisions) without appropriate compliance, validation, and human oversight.
- Overload, disrupt, or interfere with the Services or other users (for example denial-of-service attacks or abusive automation).
- Resell or sublicense the Services without written permission, except as expressly permitted in an enterprise agreement.
- Use the Services to build a competing product by systematically scraping training data from Beezee without permission.
Customer responsibilities
If you use Beezee to process data about your own customers or employees, you are responsible for lawful collection, notices, consents, and contracts required in your jurisdiction.
You must not submit unlawful content or content you do not have rights to process.
Monitoring and enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations. We may remove content, throttle usage, suspend accounts, or involve law enforcement where appropriate.
We are not obligated to monitor all content but may use automated and manual tools to protect the Services.
Reporting abuse
Report security issues according to our Security page. Report other abuse to admin@beezee.chat with relevant details (timestamps, URLs, and screenshots where safe to share).
We may not respond individually to every report but will review credible issues.
