Data Processing Addendum (summary)
Last updated: May 14, 2026.
When a DPA applies
If you use Beezee as a business and we process personal data on your behalf (for example data about your clients that you upload or sync), you may need a Data Processing Addendum (DPA) under GDPR or similar laws.
Consumer or purely personal use may not require a DPA; consult your counsel if unsure.
Roles
For workspace content you control, you are typically the controller and Beezee processes that data as a processor to provide the Services.
For account, billing, and service operations data that Beezee determines purposes for, Beezee may act as a controller as described in our Privacy Policy.
Instructions and subprocessors
Beezee processes customer personal data only on documented instructions from you (including these Terms, product configuration, and support tickets), unless law requires otherwise.
We may use subprocessors as described in our Privacy Policy and enterprise documentation. We remain responsible for their performance of obligations we delegate.
Security and assistance
Beezee implements appropriate technical and organizational measures as summarized on our Security page.
We will assist you, to a reasonable extent, with responding to data subject requests and data protection impact assessments where legally required and commercially reasonable.
International transfers
Where personal data is transferred internationally, Beezee uses appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses where required.
Details may be included in the countersigned DPA or annexes.
Request a DPA
Email admin@beezee.chat with your company name, billing contact, and the email domain you use for Beezee. We will respond with next steps.
Nothing on this page replaces a fully executed agreement between you and Beezee.
This page is a plain-language summary. A countersigned Data Processing Addendum may be required for certain enterprise purchases and governs when provided.
